Atim’s history
Atim S.p.A. was born in 1996 from Stefano del Prete’s idea to create a solid company able to supply and support the furniture industry, a company based on all the quality and reliability of a production Made in Italy.
In 2024 Atim Joins Salice Group.
Acquiring and integrating Atim will expand Salice’s portfolio with new cutting-edge designs adding extensible tables’ solutions and transformable systems.
Our ideas are born in our factory plant, located just outside Milan, the beating heart of the Italian design. They are the result of a deep knowledge of the materials and the constant collaboration with various players of the furniture production process.
We develop and produce 100% aluminum furnishing solutions, patented, with high technological performances and aesthetic elegance. Our systems are created to asnwer to today’s main furniture trends and to anticipate those to come.

First international exposition: Interzum, the world’s leading trade fair for the furniture industry.
Atim has been present in Interzum ever since.
EXPO SICAM
First year at the International Exhibition of Components, Accessories and Semi-finished Products for the Furniture Industry, the main trade fair of the sector in Italy.
Since then, Atim has always been present at SICAM, which has become the main launch platform for our furniture solutions.
The iconic Trasformabili collection
With Brunch we inaugurated the Trasformabili line, an exclusive collection composed of innovative furnishing solutions that transform domestic environments according to people’s different activities and needs.

Acquisition of PM Aluproget
Acquisition of PM Aluproget, Italian company specialized in processing aluminum for customized projects.
Atim increases its production capacity and expands its offering of solutions both for the furniture industry as well as for other sectors, such as the railway industry.

National Innovation Award
After being a finalist in the 12th edition of Confindustria‘s Enterprise Innovation Award 2021, Atim received the National Award for Innovation “Award of Awards” XII Edition 2022, coordinated by the COTEC Foundation under the concession of the President of the Republic.
Atim has been awarded as “Innovation Champion” and “synonymous with the Made in Italy genius” due to the constant commitment to the development of innovation in our company.
Award-winning Quality and Design
Atim receives two prestigious awards for the quality and design of Universal Box. The solution received the Interzum Awards for “Hight Quality Product” and the International Hardware Fair Italy’s Product of the Year Award in the “Design” category.
Atim Joins Salice Group
Salice has successfully acquired Atim S.p.A. (“Atim”), an Italian producer of aluminium-based hardware solutions for the furniture industry.
Acquiring and integrating Atim into the Salice group will expand Salice’s portfolio with new cutting-edge designs adding extensible tables’ solutions and transformable systems. This acquisition will allow Salice to leverage its international network, composed of 9 fully owned commercial subsidiaries and several distributors, to bring Atim’s innovative solutions to a broader global audience.
