Salice has successfully acquired Atim S.p.A. (“Atim”), an Italian producer of aluminium-based hardware solutions for the furniture industry.
Acquiring and integrating Atim into the Salice group will expand Salice’s portfolio with new cutting-edge designs adding extensible tables’ solutions and transformable systems. This acquisition will allow Salice to leverage its international network, composed of 9 fully owned commercial subsidiaries and several distributors, to bring Atim’s innovative solutions to a broader global audience.
